FTE, I need some help.
2006 250, V10... 14,000 miles
Has been slightly all over the road the last week or so. Noticed today the driverside tire (front) is becoming severely worn on the outside!
Obviously the front end is out of alignment, truck was purchased in May'06, ordered it.
Any ideas as to what has happened? Driving habits are normal, tire pressure has been consistent and apporpriate.
Will this be covered under warrenty? Can I fight it if not?
Same issue with my 05 Ex. Outside tire wear and visual appearance that the top of the tire is leaning outward. Had an alignment performed and the camber was reduced but remained above 0 degrees. Thought all was well until yesterday when I walked to the front of the vehicle and the tires were still too far out at the top. Will bring it back for adjustment, but I'm thinking the 40 gallons of fuel I added shifted the weight to the back causing the tires to angle outward again. I just doesn't look right. Anyone have a good camber settings from a recent alignment (just for comparison)?
