ULSD and Fuel Additives
Fellers - I have a 2005 6L...now that all gas stations are selling ULSD, should I be adding a fuel/lubricating additive? Friend with a GMC said I should but I am pretty new to the diesel arena. If so, what is recommended? Thanx!

Yes you should use an additive no matter the fuel. Stanadyne, Power Service, Howe's, BG, all are good additives. If you live in a cold climate, you need to use one of these in the anti gel formula. Do a search on this forum and you will find ton's of information.
