On the General Conversation they have started a picture thread. Let's get one going here...Thought I would share this picture, it took alot of time and labor but we finally got this one going again. I have better finished pics, but cannot find them...

Boy - that really brings back memories. My roommate had one of those in college and he used to scare the hell out passengers by braking at the last second and stopping two inches from the car in front. With the flat front you thought you were going to hit - and you had to pry your face off the windshield!

You're right it does bring back lots of memories, most of them fun (restoration headaches not included). Bought this van for $100.00 put about $3,000.00 in it. Should have seen it before we started restoring and modifying (people thought we were nuts). It was a great van we must of put 50,000 miles on it before we sold it (to a collector for $4,000.00). It was a very reliable van after it was done, still looking for those before and after pics though. Would like to know if it is still around.
