How did you get your front wheel cover to be open to the Locks?

 

I bought a hole saw that was the same diameter at the round logo in the center and then just cut them out. I did secure the caps to a board before doing the cutting though, otherwise they would spin out of control

my 03 x with 80 k looking to lift not sure if i wanna do new rims n tires tho, any suggestions ifi stay with stock rims and tires without it looking ridiculous ? tires are actually a little bigger than stock here is pic

 

Welcome Jarret, I'd suggest keeping your stock rims and tires and lifting with the V/B swap. Plenty of examples to browse here on FTE.
