E4OD shift question

This CPS has been in for 10 months. I had one I changed out after 6 weeks when I got the same error code. Tried both Ford and International and no difference but price. Could the PCM cause all of these problems?

DaFueler you are feeling and hearing the exhaust back pressure valve closing to help warm the motor (I have it wired to be used as an exhaust brake)
The KAM error is from you edge programmer (normal with programmers and chips)
