Trouble shooting help

My F-250 hasen't seen the road for a year. Been busy. A week prior to the problem I had 50 sheets of 3/4 plywood hauling up hill with no problem. Lots of power. Then one day drove to town and came out of a store and started it up and then rough running no power . Barely made it home at 35MPH. No power, running real rough, starts great, idles fine but rough, both gas tanks act the same, battery Ok. I didn't know the compressions before but they are like this. 90,110,100,120,90,100,110,85. Computer comes up with no error codes found. I thought maybe a timing chain slip but I checked timing with a light and it is right on. I am a good old world mechanic but not sure where to look. Fuel or electric. Questions
1) Fuel. Anyone know how to test fuel pressure at the engine. Fuel injected. If I only had a carb. Don't know how to test injector systems.
2) Electrical. Not sure what to do here. Are there some voltages that might give me a clue.
Thanks for reading
