I have a 2000 F150 Crew Cab 5.4v8 with 54,000 miles. Both power side mirrors have stopped working at a gradual pace in the last year. Does not seem to be a problem with the fuse, more like the motor in the mirror housing. I went to my local dealership to see how much it would be to have them fixed and let me tell you it was not cheap. So, my question is can the motor be replaced or does the whole thing have to be replaced? If I can replace them myself how would I do it?
