dies in reverse
i have a 91 f150 5.0 e4od 4x4, well whenever i put it in reverse the trucks rpms will drop down to 300 and bounce up to 750 3 or 4 time sand then it will die, any one no what causes this? it doesnt do it driving in any of the other gears
and what kind of tranny fluid should be used in the e4od?

I had a Ranger that did this....
it had a bad fuel pump relay....
if you pull codes it should find it for ya...
Mine was kind of werid.... it would do it in reverse only... unless ya hit a prety good bump...
