I went to adjust my e-brake underneath my truck (76 F-100 4x4) and all the threads on the screw used to tighten the rear drums are rusted off. I tried three local parts stores and not only do they not have the assembly but they dont even know what it's called.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Yeah it's a wire that goes from the E-brake to kind of a Y. and in the middle of the Y theres a bolt and nut to tighten and loosen the tension on the drum brakes. So its called a equalizer bar?
