Cold garage

OK, I'm not used to living in a "cold" environment yet, even though I've been in TN for over 2 years. I'm used to being out West, where a cold day in winter hits a low of 45.

What do you folks use to heat your garage? Mine's just about as cold as outside, and I'm trying to decide if a little space heater is the way to go.

Thanks!

I used a 50,000 btu kerocene heater in mine. It would heat it in about 15 minutes & I could turn it off.

The best ones are home built used oil heaters, some guys have talked about theirs, just use the oil, transmission fluid, or anything else thats flamable, free heat.
