had a noise in my truck simular to yours fan was barley touching the shroud couldn't hear any noise untill you acc or dec I adjusted shroud no more noise.you can check the shroud and the tip of the fan blade. but noise also might be related to the smoke from the back of the motor also possible exaust leak
