I'm very impressed with that. Very nice job.. Now we would not have to ask the FTE site admin to be able to do this. Because it is a different site that we could put a link to it in our sig's.

A NY Chapter member (JD) set that up for us. He did a very nice job. There is also a FTE members map located here if anyone is interested. So there would be no issue for you to set one up.

The problem with the frappr map, which I've already looked into, is that it asks you for an email address, but the NE people don't want to give out that info, so it won't work for NE.

I think the majority of us wouldn't mind giving out our email. We could give it a try? The frappr map does look good.

it's just a matter of choice.those who dont want to be on the map can pm their info to donjamer,,and still be entered into the system.they just wont be on the map.

If people are worried about letting out their primary email all they have to do is create a separate email with any of the free email accounts (Goggle, Yahoo, MSN, etc.) available to them for the map. That way if you do get spammed you can always stop using that one account and use a new one. It hasn't been an issue with me, but it is a way around it.
