Stolen Mirrors
Hey FTE members,
I need your help. My side view mirrors on my 99 Expy have been stolen(just the mirror glass. I am going to by replacements (the whole mirror). I want to know if anyone knows where I can get these mirror brackets put on to prevent them from being stolen. I'm not sure if that is the correct name for them but they are metal brackets that are riveted on the mirror casing and they prevent anyone from sticking a screwdriver around them in order to pry them out. If you know of anyplace in which I can purchase and have these theft deterrants installed please drop me a line. I live in brooklyn, NY so if you know of a specific place that would be good.
