head acessory bolt pattern

do all 302 351 heads have the same acessory bolt patern for compressor brackets and power steering .

Yes they do have the same pattern. sometimes you need a threaded insert for one of the hloes to neck it down.
If your swapping from a 302 to 351 motor you will have to deal with the taller deck height of the 351 though.

how about the motor mounts are they the same

Ford used a couple of "adapter" brackets when interchanging front accessory parts between the 302 and 351. It's a cast iron or aluminum bracket with to bolt and two threaded holes to compensate for the difference in block deck heights. I've run across three distinct versions of this bracket. Two were for the right head, one for the left (or vice-versa, I sold em on ebay, so it's been awhile) two were iron, one was aluminum.
