Hey! My mother just bought a '98 Ford Mustang. It has the 3.8 V-6 and automatic. It has 109K miles on it. The interior is very clean, but there are a few scratches on the exterior.

What are some issues with the 3.8? What should we watch out for?

Also, this is a little off topic, but what's the color code UA? It is black, but what kind of black?

 

UA is just "Black" not known as anything other than black. there were 32,326 black stangs made in '98, being the most popular color.

i have a '98 in Dark Green Satin and it has been problem free (ive driven it pretty hard for 55,000 miles so far). im in the middle of putting a M90 blower from a '90 super coupe on my car right now.
