Does Anyone Know If You Install An Aftermarket Navigation Radio If The Stock Steering Wheel Controls Would Still Control The Radio?

There are aftermarket adapters you can buy that will integrate the new stereo with your current Steering wheel controls.. Click here for examples

Look on ebay. There are 07 radios with the nav built in. Fits our trucks too. I havent done it myself, but have seen it on the forums.

Look on ebay. There is a factory 07 radios available with nav. From what I have learned on other forums, it fits the 04+ trucks very well.

I would love to add that touchscreen nav.. I don't see why it wouldn't work with the factory controls, should plug right in. The problem comes in when you add the antenna for the Nav.
