Few days ago I did this question and NOBODY seems Know How can I do it!!!!
Please give me an answer!!
The explorer and the sport trac 2007 doesn't has the traditional two hooks in the front bumper, Where can I buy two aftermarket hooks??? How can I put in ??? Where can I place it? Thanks Regulo
Guess Ford didn't think that far ahead with the '06 and '07 models; it COULD be done given enough time and $$$, but it would probably ruin the smooth look of your '07's front end.
REGULO, lets cool er down a lil bit. If there are no factory holes to install them, then u WILL need to cut some holes, common sense, unless u can buy a bumper with holes pre built into the bumper. Now on the other hand u might be able to mount them under the bumper, im not to familier with that application. So go out, look under and investigate, find some good points to mount to, make sure they will be able to be accessable, drill, bolt in.
I was able to mount my tow hooks just behind the lower valence onto the frame so that when I have a strap hooked up its just below the valence and yet the hooks are hidden. You might be able to do the same.
