Speedometer needle problem

Speedometer needle problem. Need knowledge!
I have an 06 F-250. About a month and a half ago, i noticed while driving that my speedometer needle was stuck below zero while going around 55mph. Didn't think much about it b/c it went away for about a week then the problem reappeared. Took it to the Ford dealership and they recalibrated it because i went from a 265 tire to a 285. I ran the 285's for three months before the problem arose. They also did the flash that lets the injectors clean themselves out. A week later its back at it again. Now it will stay on 0 or start at 20 or 5 and an occasional 10. Anyone else have or had this problem? Should only jumping that tire size call for a recalibration? Haven't chipped it or anything. All i have done is an airaid intake and an mbrp cat-back exhaust. Anyone got any ideas?

I had same problem on 2005 F350. Speedo would go nuts, be okay for awhile then give bad readouts again. At that time they had a problem with the speedo's. Whole cluster had to be replaced. Have them check for a TSB for problem.
