Exclamation 30 amp fuse Problem

I have a 2000 f-250 diesel and the truck keeps blowing the number 30 fuse which is a 30 amp under the dash . It controls the PCM relay coil, wastegate solenoid, injector driver module relay coil. I checked for bad wires and connections and found nothing. The truck cranks over but does not start when fuse is blown replaced it with new and worked fine for about one week and blew out today tried 5 fuses and finally the sixth one worked. Does any body have any solutions thanks. By the way truck runs fine for now.

Try unplugging the fuel heater. The plug at the bottom rear of the fuel filter cannister. Bad heater element is the most common cause for this fuse to blow. You can run without the heater or not real difficult to replace.

Betthebux nailed it. The fuel heater in the bottom of the fuel bowl (under the fuel filter, in that housing) can short, and blow that fuse... quick giveaway is you won't get a WTS light when you turn the key to Run. As long as that fuse is blown, the truck will just crank and crank but never start, as the PCM isn't getting any power, and hence your injectors are dead.

Unplug the fuel heater or repair it, or it'll keep blowing fuses.

Just so you are aware until you fix the Fuel heater and plug the connector back in you WIF (Water In Fuel) light will not function.
