Turbo Boost Question

I have an 2006 f350 with a 6.0l. When the truck was brand new I could easily get 25-28psi on the stock turbo boost guage. The truck now has 4000 km on it and it does not go above 20psi(even under hard acceleration). Would this be considered normal?

sounds like the mechanical components in the turbo are rusted in a low boost condition.take it to the dealership and have the tsb done that pertains to the condition
