Same here. One of my exs has it. Holy crap is it scary. I had to elave her because of it. I just couldn't deal with that and all my other problems. I was only 17, but it was a huge thing to swallow. She went crazy when I broke up with her. It was just a bad situation. I wouldn't wish that condition on anybody. I have my own little problems, but bi-polar makes mine seem like nothing.

My wife has it also but she is doing much better now. She has actually been of themeds for months which is good for her body and she only has gotten depressed once since. You just have to remember to not stop them if they are in a rage just let it runs its course and talk about it later to see what sent them into the fit. Most of the time they know and talking about it sooths their mind and trust me thats a good thing.
