Front End help???

I know there are many posts about this.

I have a 99 F150 XL 98k Miles.

When I turn my wheel all the way to the right, everything is fine. When I begin to turn it back, about 3/4 turn back I hear a clunk sound. I do not hear it when I do the same for the left. And it is only when I am returning the wheel back to center.

Any ideas?
