the door jamb sticker should should list your gvwr. have the van weighed at a scale and subtract that from your gvwr to determine max safe payload, if that's what you're after...
I'll have to see if i wrote it down anywhere but i think my van (87 E-150 4.9l Cargo 124"wb) weighed around 4,400lbs empty w/ full tank, stock. Think it's slightly over 5100 with my DRW axle swap and new tires and a bench seat.
Have the luxury of having a truck scale a few blocks from our neighborhood that they never turn off, so free weighs at night...
