Compression test 91 Ford Van

I did a Compression test on my Van tonight. I am getting a miss during normal acceleration. I was would if I could get some oppinions on the readings.
Cylinder Pressure
1 150
2 135
3 130
4 130
5 130
6 140
7 138
8 120 (170 with oil in cylinder)

those numbers are border line .120 with out oil sounds like bad rings to me
