exhaust manifold question

i have a 99 f150 4x4, 4.6L w/130,000 mi....i recently replaced a boken stud and replaced the gaskets. afterwards my truck ran so smooth and quiet..and i gained some hp back and up my mpg...now a couple hundred miles later, it is running rougher and louder and my mpg is non existant...and hp took a hit...

my question is, did i mess up with the install or is the manifold warped or something...

I had a broken stud and manifold warped on my 2000 5.4l

I'm wondering if one of your DPFE hoses came off.. they run from the exhaust to the sensor.

Get the codes pulled, and if any exist post them here and we'll go from there.
