I'd like to introduce myself. Names Robert I'm in Rapid City, SD. My profile says I own an 86 Ranger with a 2.9L. This isn't exactly true. My buddy owns the Ranger and I help him wrench on it all the time. I myself own a 95 Tracer and an 85 Grand Wagoneer that is about 40% Ford components.
I must say that I've never been partial to Fords (my Dad's doing), but after working on my buddies Ranger and my Tracer for so long I have a new respect for how easy it is to work on these vehicles. A heck of a lot easier then my AMC thats for sure.
your right it is easy to work on fords because they followed the K.I.S.S rule during the design phase i just did my font brakes yesterday and i found out it was all snap in no pis or clips to worry about
