f-350 alignment

I have 95 f-350 2wd that has a slight alignment problem. I just got the truck 7k miles ago and I've noticed that the tires are wearing on the outside and the radius arm bushing on the driver's side has been replaced with an adjustable bushing. Has anyone had a positive experience with getting these TTB's aligned at the dealer. I know that around here you're lucky if the alignment tech can read the manual much less figure out the complexities of the suspension. I say this after helping the last tech figure out my 90 f150.

If you're tires are wearing on the outside edges, you either have a toe setting wrong, or too high positive camber setting. Stand in front of the truck with the wheels straight. If the tires look like they're leaning out at the top, you have high positive camber. If they look like they're standing up fairly straight, you have a toe problem.

If both tires are wearing the same on the outside does that mean that they are equally misadjusted or could one be of enough to wear them both. I'm just wondering if the previous alignment was off intentionally for some reason.
