I don't know about the latter sticker, but for the tire one, I'm guessing it means that each tire shouldn't have anymore than 396 lbs of additional distributed weight on them before payload. In other words, once you put gear and people in the cab, you might have 1600lbs in the truck. So it seems the tire manufacturer is saying that you should either not exceed that weight, or that you should not exceed that weight before payload. Each tire is rated to carry a certain weight beyond the weight of the truck. Depends on the GVWR of the truck and how much the truck itself weighs. This is just a guess.
Thanks for the response. Not sure how to resolve the door sticker with other inf, such as GVWR, GAWR and tire capacity. For instance, GVWR is 10,000lbs. Front GAWR is 5600lbs, and rear is 6100lbs. Each tire is rated at 3195lbs at 80psi. That implies if I have the truck maxed over the rear axles, I still have a margin of 290lbs in the rear tires. That sticker makes absolutely zero sense. I'm not a lightweight, and between me, my dog and a 6-pack, I'm significantly over that 396lb limit. I wonder if it's a typo, or is just in error?
