Need help/clarification on GPR location

I have a 99' F350 psd cc dually. I started experiencing the cold start problem the other day (28f) and have been looking at the posts on this topic. A lot of very good information so, I took a look and on my 99'. I have only ONE relay on the passenger side next to the fuel filter housing, towards the back. Is it possible that for some reason I only have the intake heater relay like some folks have mentioned and some where I have a glow plug controller (GPC)? What do you guys know about this situation? If I have a GPC where would it be located on the F350 and what does it look like? Is there a supplier / part number? International, NAPA, etc...Please advise? Thanks in advance.

Ok, here's what I was able to find out and thought I'd share it for those of you that may have a similar situation with a 99' psd.

If your truck was made before 12/98, you'll only have a GPR and no Intake Air Heater relay. Look at the build sticker on the driver's door post (rear) for the build date. Also, if you have the Powerstroke badge on the front of the fenders then that would most likely be an early 99. Hope this helps.
