Try checking the transmission mount, body mounts, rear axle spacer blocks and their u-bolts.
You really should get under it and systematically check and retourque everything as there could be more than one problem. It's also a good way to familiarize yourself with your vehicle and possibly save yourself a good amount of money and possibly your life.
What AustinS said.
I had a bad driveline vibration and it took a complete U-joint and carrier bearing replacement to get rid of it.
What was strange is after the job was complete I took the old parts apart and could not find any worn out pieces at all. Every needle bearing on all three u-joints were in good condition, no broken needles or flat spots anywhere. The carrier bearing still spun tight and quiet. But you could see the driveline bouncing up and down if the truck was in the air, engine running, in gear and the throttle shimmed to speed.
