Slight ERROR in your prediction..........Ford is suing Navistar right now over the 6.0 regarding the huge mega warranty expenses due to it's poor reliability. THe 6.0 may go down in history as the diesel engine that could have and should have been one of the best, but turned out poor due to its turbo, head gaskets, and injector issues, that cost Ford millions and caused Ford to buy back more trucks than ever before in the history of the automobile!! I was shocked when I found out how many 6.0 trucks Ford bought back???

That lawsuit has nothing to do with the reputation of the 6.0.

No matter who feels what about the reputation of the 6.0, the 2005-2006-2007MY 6.0 trucks will start bringing MAJOR money as used vehicles in the very near future.

Good luck with the Dodge...why don't you go find a good Dodge site? You can start with the Turbo Diesel Register or something similar.

Oh, and don't let the door hit you in the *** on the way out.

Probably has something to do with his attitiude and the part of his post that was deleted. He probably forgot to read the post labled "read first" where the guidlines are listed for posting inthe competition section (ie no warranty, no crying, ect.)

No prob man, Scott was just curious, we go camping together a lot and we both own the big Ex's so I was curious about this forum and even more so when he told me that he got deleted or something from the forum. This is kinda cool though, a lot of good info around here!!

Thanks,
David

Perhaps you would care to wager on that one.

I'll be at the TS Performance event in Bowling Green Kentucky, thats fairly close to you Matt....

BTW new turbo and fuel system are on- it pulls as hard as old turbo with nitrous. Several times ive had traction loss at 50-55 mph rolling hard into the throttle (i about shat my pants the 1st time this happened ). Yes this was on dry pavement.

You keep blowing money on the top side....did you address the bottom end to eliminate the crank shaft end play and other issues that were notorious of the 7.3 block.....or are you waiting to wad the bottom end into a hand basket?
