cruise control

1992 , my cruise control and horn dont work, i took the air bag off and all the wiring is hooked up and looks good, i checked the fuse panel all looks good, any advise...

the cruise control servo assembly on mine fried because of the recall. If that isn't plugged in you wont get cruise or horn. I imagine if there is something wrong with it or the wiring harness it wont work then either.

First I got a blinking 32 code on air bag light. Months later the cruise quit, then finally the horn. Clockspring replacement fixed all. I think the odometer was around 160,000 then.
