Got 4 wires coming out of the wiring harness on the drive side a red White blue and black, doz anyone know what they do or what they are for ??

Those are pass through wires (from the engine side of the firewall to the cab side of the firewall) which are meant for the owners to use for whatever they might need it for.

Look under your hood. It'll be pretty obvious if they are there, basically right in front of the driver.

You SHOULD have them. Mine is a 2003 and I have them for sure.
