Question on fuelmaster for fuel lines

Just wanted to know if this thing really works. The manufacturer says you snap it on your fuel line and the magneto hydrodynamic technology changes the fuel in such a manner that it increases the gas mileage 11%.
Has anyone tryed it and is it worth the money?

Its one of those inexpensive things that if they worked, the manufacturers would be using it, and youd see everyone here using them. Its just a gimmic like the tornado and fuel additives promising to increase fuel milege. Sorry.
