It sounds like plugged injectors. Buy some injector cleaner to mix in the gas. Take for a run on the highway for a bit of a run. That may help it out if they are not too clogged.
Most people never seem to put injector cleaner in their vehicles. I put it in evry spring and fall on vehicles with injectors. Just to help keep them from clogging. Specially in the fall to avoid having the winter problems.
If you have water in the gas it will also freeze and plug the injectors, even after the engine is warmed up. The injector cleaner should help there also.
