What to update?

hi,
I just picked up a 1990 7.3 IDI van which is going to be my donor for my 1975 f250 and the motor has 140K on it. I would like to replace anything on the motor which tends to fail, as the motor is out and getting swaped. I was told it would be a good idea to throw in new injectors and IP as well as glow plugs. It just developed a head gasket leak so im thinkin im goin to do the powerstroke head gaskets to avoid having to do them later if i run a turbo. Does any body have any suggestions on what would be good to replace as i have the motor apart? I know if it aint broke dont fix it but i look at it as preventative maintaince. Thanks

Welcome to the IDI forum,
Use head studs if you are thinking turbo down the road.

I would do front and rear main seals as well.
