utility rack noise

utility rack noise
Anyone have any ideas for reducing the wind noise on my utility rack? It sticks out over my cab and it sounds like the noise comes from the front of the rack. It's pretty annoying over 45 MPH or so. The rack is made from square tubing. I would like to keep the front of the rack open if I can so I can carry things that stick out past the front end of the rack. Thanks.

All the ends are closed, I'll get a picture posted today. I"ll also get a measurement on the tubing. I got it used from the junkyard, so I don't have a clue who made it.
