Question coolant and oil

I just did my 2nd oil change (since owning my psd) I went 5000 mi and Im gonna send to blackstone labs to see whats up, I went ahead and did the coolant flush since its the last thing I havent service since I bought it last year. my question is any body have experiance with zerex g05, thats what the oil change place used. I search on line and its supposed to be formulated for ford diesels, what are the pros and cons to this. I was gonna use synthetic but they have vavoline synthetic and everyone here uses either rotella or mobil1, so I didnt know if i should switch. anyway I'm gonna wait and see what blackstone sez about this last oil run and see if Im doin ok with delo400 15/40 dino oil. I only put 7000mi a year on the ole girl anyway so if they say do oil every 7500mi (like most of the post around here are showing) I will switch to synthetic and change oil 1x per year......hows that sound?

Zerex g05 is the same coolant as Ford premium gold, which is what Ford puts in the newer diesels.

I switched my coolant to the GO5 coolant this year, as well as added a coolant filter, billet thermostat housing and 203deg thermostat. so far no problems just make sure you do a good job of flushing out the old green stuff including removing the block plugs and get as much as you can. I flushed mine with tap water first then flushed it twice with distilled water then filled it to 50/50 mix.
