Cold Weather Starting Question

I Am Working A Job In The Mountains Of Wyoming. At The Job Site Today The Temp Is -10 Below 0. I Have An 06 F250psd. It Will Set For App. 10hrs In These Temps. There Are No Outlets Available To Plug In The Block Heater. In The Event That My Truck Has Difficulty Starting Is It Ok To Give It A Shot Of Starting Fluid (ether) Or Will That Cause Damage.

No, you shouldn't use ether. It is not safe.
Assuming you starting system is in good condition, it should easily start at -10*.
