do a search for GPR or glow plug relay. it seems like there have been a lot of these lately, maybe the cold. anyway do a search and you can find out how to check it. or someone will chime in and explain it better. that is my guess if the batteries are both good.

I'd start out with double checking those batteries. Put charger on them. I've had one of my batteries go out and no start. Engine will crank but there isn't enough juice to fire the engine. This has happened to me twice in the past few years.
