My buddy did, along with using suzuki oil in his bike. Up untill I asked when suzuki or ford built a refinery. Its probly not any different than any other oil of the same weight. Its mainly personal preference cause theres nothing special about it.
Buy any name brand at the cheapest price and change around 5K miles with a new filter. You should never have an oil related engine problem. Motorcraft is made by conoco Philips. I have found it at Wal-mart for 1.68
I have more trouble deciding what flavor of anti freeze to run than oil, gold, green, orange, OAT, glycol, pet safe, etc etc.
Anyone use motorcraft engine oil.I never did but thought I would try it.
Motorcraft oil is a very good oil for the price. It seems to give very good UOA results when used in the mod motor Fords. As info the Phillips Trop Artic and the Kendall are very similar synthetic blend oil all made by Conoco Phillips.
I use MC 5w30 in my 4.6 cause it is a synthetic blend at an awesome price. I also use the MC FL820s filter cause its just a tad cheaper than its twin, Purolator.
I have used it mainly when getting an oil change from the dealer. It is a good semi-blend with a healthy dose of GIII refined. Most if not all MC oil is coming from Conoco refineries. IT is well respected by those that test it.
I the use Motorcraft 5w20 in the Wifes Escape, good price and engine spins over great when below 0 F. I can see the cams through the oil fill cap and all is spanking clean and looks like new. We have 30K miles on a 2005 2.3L duratech four.

I used their 15W-40 diesel oil in my 6.0L PSD motor with great results.
Used for over 50,000 miles before switching brands in order to use synthetic 5W-40 for better cold weather starting and fuel economy.
All of my Blackstone Labs oil analysis reports came back great using it though... so I am sure it is as good any other name brand oil (making sure they have the same API rating) for apples to apples comparisons.
