no start
I have a early 1999 7.3 powerstroke f350. Won't start. Local mechanic I have looking at it says he can make it run on one side and not the other. Just before truck would not start it lacked for power, died a few times, but always started back up. The first time this happened, I changed air filter, and fuel filter and thought it fixed it. Then soon it wouldn't start at all.
