It's a two step process... first step is 8 FT LB. second step is 28 FT LB.
in each step first tighten the center bolt on the drivers side... then tighten the bolt next to it, closer to the vehicle, then the bold next to the original on the other side, then the bolt closest to the windshield, then the bolt opposite it closest to the radiator, the the bolt on the passenger side closer to the windshield, then the bolt on the passenger side closer to the radiator (PHEW!)
repeat for step 2.
