Go to autospring's website and email them. That's what I did, and they do make it, same price as the other kits. While it won't get you dead level (it probably would on my truck because the springs have settled so far........), you'll still have some rake left for if you tow. I know from my experiences with towing with this truck, I wouldn't go more than that and tow on a regular basis.
I installed the Autospring 1.5" spacer on my 2005 Screw and it worked out great. I got them off eBay from Autospring. Like you, I only wanted a little more clearance up front, and I while I still have a little rake I think it looks MUCH better with the stock tires and rims. It aligned perfectly after it was installed, and riders very nice. No rubbing, noises, etc. I'm very happy with it.
Coastrider, I'd like to see the pics of your truck with the 1.5. Maybe more pics will help push me too buy them, as I've been slacking on it. My e mail is ride2hard@hotmail.com. Thanks.

I can email you some pics if you're interested.
It would be far better if you created a gallery for your truck, so anyone who searches for this kit, and finds this thread..... will be able to see the photos! If you do not know how, please contact me.
For those that asked for pictures, I finally created a gallery of the 1.5" Autospring kit on my truck. Sorry it took so long, but work and family keep me pinned down most of the time.
I'm not sure how large a tire you can run with the 1.5" AS kit. Maybe one of the other members can comment. I can say the 1.5" increased the wheel well gap/spacing quite a bit, and it seems like you could go larger.
Thanks for the pictures Coastrider. That's exactly what i'm gonna do with my truck.
AS 1.5" leveling kit will be perfect since i don't want the front to be higher than the rear.
I'm don't tow anything so there's no needs for me to lift the rear.
Bought mine on ebay, the brand was fat bobs. He had many pics on his ebay site of all kits installed in the trucks. I bought the 3" kit for dead level, pretty nice. cheap too, about $70.
