Yea, looks like there ebaying a 2007 or is it a 2008?Ebay ad states 2007 and then 2008 in the same listing.hmm

 

Ebay doesn't have 2008 as a selection in their pull down menu yet, so they probably just selected 2007 so the listing would go thru.

 

Yeah i think its safe to say they are a coming cant wait till the come to dealers so i can really take a good peak at em

 

Looks like they a fishing for pre arrival sales. It isn't available yet.


It says in the add:

"These pictures are stock photos released by Ford and various reviews. They are not actual because the truck hasn't landed yet. It is for sale but not ready on our location yet. It should be in soon."

 

I guess dealerships are not getting that many right now because the dealership with the ad said they were only getting two. I suspect they will sell as soon as they get there or even before, with them listing them on ebay.

 

i drive by the ford dealer every day on my way to work, i'll probably crash my truck the first day the new ones arrive, i'm very excited to test drive one of these

 

I talked to the truck manager at the dealer where I just ordered a 07 Expedition EL and he stated he had 2 built already but they are holding them for shipment. He hopes he'll see them next week. The Edge is coming in slow too. Ford needs to get these new vehicles coming to stir the pot. This dealer had at least 30 07 SDs which need to be moved. Once the 08s come in I think there will be some killer deals come out on the 07s "leftovers".

Oh, I also read a catalog at the dealer today that stated the traction control only operated in 2WD mode. Kind of a surprise on that one.

 

I read on another site as well as another tread here that KTP is on idle for the week. They are not releasing any vehicles and there storage lots are full. So there is no place to put them. Also if you have a vehicle with the tailgate step option, it appears they are now on HOLD.

 

So I am guessing that by the beginning of next week, they will be shipping the stored ones out, and ramping up production again.

 

There yeah go crash it and thats the excuse to buy one lol (jk)

Yeah you can see all the pictues and ads you want but there isnt nothing like seeing one for the first time driving down the road. Man its like waiting for christmas morning.

 

Exactly, and these new SD's are no exception...we get to see how they will look in our respective environments..not just some proving ground or some undisclosed backroads or something like that.
