I was driving my 88' f350 Crewcab, 460EFI & the S.O.B died on me, and I popped the hood and the front driver side fuel injector located on the top of the motor was leaking fuel and fouled all the plugs-out... Do I have to replace the Injector or can I replace the seals in the injector that is causing it to leak?, I already have a new dist-cap, Rotor and plugs and wires... I was waiting on friday to do a tune-up and now this happens...$80 tow bill... Any knowledge will help...
1 leaky injector fouled all the plugs? How's that possible?
If it was leaking externally, then the O-rings are gone and need to be replaced. If it's stuck open then it would leak inside the cylinder, but you wouldn't see any sign of it externally.
