Exhaust System ???
I recently pulled my 76 E-150 out of the weeds and I am going to be putting a boat load of work into it to get it going again. Why you may ask? Because I inherited from my grandfather and he passed away so I want to keep his memory alive. Now before it was parked my gramps drove it all the time and always pulled trailers with it. Mainly an old airstreamer camper across the country. It now has some serious body cancer and minor engine/exhaust issues. I want to put on a completley new exhaust system from the motor back and was wondering if headers would be a good idea(if any are available) or if stock manifolds are better off staying on. It has a 351W. Also, I need a new timing cover, any ideas where I can pick one up for under $100? Sorry for the novel length post, but any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

ceramic-coated will last longer, if you can find/afford them.
then go to custom exhaust shop and have 'em plumb the rest of the exhaust. I run a custom 2-1/2" to 3" Y-pipe back to a single big magnaflow muffler.
