You should not have to change the tensioner or the idler pulleys. Your truck does not have a timing belt. I beleive it has a chain and they last alot longer than timing belts do.
+1 on the gator belts. I have been selling using them for 5 years and have yet to hear/have anything bad to say about them. Tensioners are good until they loose tension, you are probably good for another while.
It's a chain setup, so 100K+ life. I have had them last well over that and just shy of 300k.
