Hmmm.....two months might be too long? What about every 6 weeks?
I would guess that having a set date weeks in advance would give everyone plenty of notice and allow them to plan and keep their schedules open for the GTG.
So what about everyone else?
C'mon, everybody.......newbies, oldies, and quiet lurkers.....Give some feedback.
"Sometimes.......when yuura maan........you wear streetcheee paants......alone in yuur room,........juuz for fun."

Thunderbird club I'm a member of meets every other month on a Sunday afternoon. This seems to work out with everyone there. they, like us are spread out between here and the Shawnee area, so they try to meet somewhere in the middle.
Perhaps before a date is picked, we should find out where most of the members are. The SVT club has 90% of its members in the Tulsa area, so 90% of the meeting are in Tulsa. Once or twice a year they hold a meeting somewhere else. I know we've got lots of people in the Tulsa metro, but where is everyone else at? Where you meet will play a small part in when you meet.
most car club meeting I have gone to are on a regular basis, let people have plenty of time to plan and if they make it great, if not they can catch up atthe next meet. Meetings can be tayled to happen at cars shows or other meets if need be.
