power adders!!!

I have an 88' F350, 460 EFI with headers & Straight pipes, How much better performance should I expect to gain if I add a hypertech performance chip & a Msd Ignition And wire set.... $600 for all , is it enough Bang for the Buck?

Not in my book.. especially because you'll likely need to run premium gas with that chip, and you could get similar results on regular gas just by advancing the timing a little. The Ford wires and coil are also more than capable of running the motor, and often less arc prone in damp conditions than the aftermarket wire sets.
To boost power from where you are, you need to look inside the motor. Porting the intake may help some, and the right cam will certainly help.
